Andra K. Allen, CPA

Andra K. Allen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.  She earned her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.  She is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs (TSCPA) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). Her professional experience includes performing financial reporting and analysis of hedge fund, private equity, and real estate fund investments for large institutional investors, private foundations, and private individuals. She also has extensive experience building full cycle accounting processes for start-ups. Andra has worked in various industries including securities and bonds, government, retail and the alternative energy industry.  In her spare time, Andra enjoys reading, live sporting events, a good game of cards with friends and spending quality time with her family.

Kristy O’Rourke, CPA

Kristy O’Rourke is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas. She earned her Bachelor’s of Business in Marketing from the University of Texas and her Master of Business Administration from St Edward’s University. Kristy has executive level finance and operations management experience predominately in the technology and software industries. She excels at startups and has built numerous accounting, finance and customer success teams from the ground up. Outside of work, Kristy is likely to be found shuttling her children back and forth from the hockey rink to gymnastics. When she does get some down time, she likes to travel with her family.
